Do you have cash on delivery service?

Yes, you can choose Cash on Delivery (COD) option in payment stage during ordering.

Can I return an item which I received?

Yes, you can unless the seal of the item is not intact, other than that return, and a full refund is accepted within a period of 7 days after receiving the product.

How long will it take to get my package?

You will get same day delivery if the order was placed before 4pm otherwise you’ll receive the delivery next day.

Do you provide any warranty?

There is warranty only against manufacturer defects or a full warranty for specific items which have an international warranty.

Do I pick up my order to save delivery charge?

No, we are only providing delivery services, no pickup.

What items are not eligible for return?

Breastfeeding items (items exposed to sensitive skin).
Breast milk pumping items if seal is broken.
Items with a damaged retail box or broken seal.
Postpartum wrap.

How can I submit for a complain?

1- Send an Email with your issue to or call us at: +974 5075 7566 

You will receive a complain number to track it.

2- If the complaint was a quality issue, we will investigate and inform you the results within 1 week and refund if applicable.

3- If the complaint was a customer service issue, we will investigate and correct the issue and reach you back within 3 days with the investigation report.

4- All kinds of complains will be replied and within 1 week and customer should inform us if he wishes to close the complaint, otherwise it will be kept open and followed up until its closed.
