- Cofex is a cough syrup that contains oxomemazine with the action and uses of the H1 receptor antagonists, used for symptomatic treatment of cough and the common cold.
- Guaifenesine reduces the viscosity of tenacious sputum and is used as an expectorant and paracetamol has antipyretic and analgesic properties.
