If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our return and refund policy.
Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order. During this period, you may contact our customer service for returns, exchanges, or refunds for items that meet our return and refund criteria.
If you wish to exchange an item, we will arrange for the collection within 3 working days. Upon receiving and inspecting the original item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item within 3 working days.
If you wish to return an item for a refund, contact customer service, and we will schedule a pickup within 3 working days. After inspection and quality checks, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 working days.
If you require urgent collection for a return, we can arrange it for an additional cost, provided the request is made before 4 PM.

Did you received a Damaged or Defective Item?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you have 24 hours from the time of delivery to contact our customer support with a photo of the damaged item.
We will arrange for a return or replacement, based on your preference, at no additional cost within 3 working days.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days from the date of receiving the goods without providing a reason. To cancel your order, you must inform us via:

We will process your refund within 7 working days after receiving the returned goods using the same payment method you used for the purchase, at no additional cost to you.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The item was purchased within the last 7 days.
The item is new, unused, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized or custom-made items.
Items that deteriorate quickly or are expired.
Items unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health protection reasons.
Items that have been mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated.
Items purchased during a promotional period, including those with promo codes.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service. We will arrange for the collection within 3 working days or you may visit our store at the provided location for a quicker solution.
Exchanges for Size, Color, or Product Preferences:
For exchanges due to size, color, or product preferences, please contact our customer service team.
Upon receiving and inspecting the original item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item within 3 working days.
Delivery Fee Adjustment on Returns:
Orders above QAR 250 are eligible for free delivery.
If an item is returned and the original order value drops below QAR 250, a QAR 20 delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the delivery cost.
